I dont think so look at how the groves on both sides of the middle are going in the same direction like /I/ when it should be /I\ to be symetrical.

Negative, if it was a \/ it would be asymmetrical. / / is a symmetrical tire. Think about it... flip each of those 180degrees and see which one looks the same, draw it on a piece of paper if you have to.
