Ah yes, but I believe that it is still okay to say "spelled incorrectly" when my intention was to point out that there were two different instances in which you spelled incorrectly. Not that you spelled the word "incorrectly" twice, but that you spelled and it was incorrect. Therefore, "spelled incorrectly". However, I am extremely glad neither of us has violated the Statute of Frauds in this thread. One thing I have learned from this thread (other than a few pointers on proper speech) is that I have way too much time on my hands.
