    You do need to swap the harness, but going fuel injected isn't all that hard. You could either go with the factory Ford f/i system with a tune or even go with an aftermarket fuel injection system

              I think Painless makes a harness that would work good if you didn't wanna track down a used one. Then again I think FRPP makes one too!
