That's actually the way to address the problem, wait til the threat is out of the bank. Could have done like the old guy did and just start dumping rounds at them shooting from the hip though..

I know that just find it funny the manager is like I'm no hero I just need to protect my employees, the point is the robber was outside and all the employees were inside.
