as you can tell i really care about the garage. but i have yet to figure out the garage door situation. over half of the double door is 13 foot ceilings the other half is ten foot. looks like i have to have a wall mount opener

^^^^^^This. Why such tall roof trusses in the garage though? Are you planning on the space to be used as storage? Looks like a big area for heat loss if you're planning on heating the garage. Not twisting your nipples, just asking
