How immensely satisfying to see yet another brood of women react with emotion in stark contradiction with the facts and run away from them, unable to participate in a meaningful discussion because they disagree with someone else. Just storm off the set like the 3 year old babies that you are. Run away from your problems (positions) and attempt to sway the audience with "feelings".
I have become a bit jaded in my view of the decision making prowess of a Majority of women in the workplace. I have worked in two "matriarchies" in the last three years and the "leadership" and decision making abilities of both groups is woefully inadequate. In the first group, the top 7 people in the organization were female. In the second, the entire management and full-time staff were female. In both groups, nobody could make a decision to save their lives AND when things became challenging, they all (collectively) stuck their heads in the sand and pretended nothing was amiss OR they banded together to blamestorm their problems away.
I have worked with fantastic female leaders and would gladly do so. However, being a manager and being a leader are not the same thing.
Caryn (Whoopie) Goldberg and Joy Behar are successful in their "comedy" only when mocking another. What a bunch of crap....

My grand parents moved to florida about 2 years ago to a retirement community. When I was visiting last thanksgiving they where talking about how they keep there political views to themselves because they would be left out of social clubs. They are both democrats. I think it dumb people take politics to such extremes it affects their friends.Originally posted by Drunko McMoppo View PostThat's because you're a cantankerous old geezer.
