But why add words that weren't originally there?

If you want to post something that's easiest for others to find I guess I would just post the title of the video in the title of the thread.

If you were to take it a step further and search Axe DETAILER on youtube and wanted to use it in the title, you get a completely different video:

If you had posted this video with the word detailer in the title it wouldn't have conflicted with the original one and would have reflected the correct video as well.
