He minds greatly. You better put it back before he finds out. He can get pretty mean.
-Makes about two dozen med sized meatballs-
Mix: 2 lbs hamburger
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp sage
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 Cup milk
fork works well to mix everything up
Shape into balls (ice cream scoop works well), Brown in butter, add 1/2 cup water, bake covered in oven at 300 degrees for 45 min. Remove from oven and add 2 cans of mushroom steak sauce, bake another 40 min. covered at 325 degrees.

Me also. I've never made it before but I have 30+pounds of ground beef in the freezer that I need to use up. Looking for new things to do with it.
