My typical 12 min drive from Bloomington to Eden Prairie took a solid 40 minutes last night on 494. Also saw 5 vehicles in two different accidents. Finally got around to installing my pellet stove. My basement is underground, and it gets pretty chilly in the winter. I can set my house thermostat @ 62, turn this thing on and have the entire house around 72-73. Can't beat it, especially for free. I haven't quite figured out what to do the wall behind/around the pipe yet though. I thought about some Corrugated/Galvenized tin, but I'm not positive yet. I'm also in process of building a nicer/newer hearth out of cement board, and ceraminc faux wood tile. Got it in just in time for the cold weekend ahead too.
