It would probably be pretty hard not to go off the deep end if you won 500 million. rent out the top floor of a vegas hotel. buy a mountain of cocaine and stay up for days banging every high end escort in town.

It's actually pretty scary when you read stories of what happens to people after they win the lottery. a lot of their friends turn on them and try to manipulate them for money. It would probably make it hard to trust anyone. I can just imagine all the idiots you haven't talked to in years poping out of the woodwork trying to be your friend.

None of 'em had crazy ideas like that though, they all sounded super grounded and some didn't even answer and instead looked at the reporter really weird
I guess I couldn't see myself going off a deep end with that much dough though, I'm also pretty grounded. Not like I wouldn't get a few things obviously, but I wouldn't Charlie Sheen it either. Prolly just get all new vehicles, build a modest shack with sick shop/storage area, set moms up with a hobby farm and some vehicles/equipment to accommodate that, put a bunch aside for the kiddo to hopefully not waste later on in college, donate some to a couple/few charities, pay out generous dough to people who have helped me with whatever in the past but would not take my money, invest in whatever to try and stack it but prolly lose most of it, then just sit back like a Don with the rest and watch the family and others show up to try and 'borrow' some money. I'm sure there's obviously many other things in between that I'm forgetting about, just shooting from the hip, but nothing real exotic here.

I'm drawing my first schematic diagram at work. I'm still a rookie at this CAD thing, so it's going slowly. I know schematics are still easy, but it's a lot of detail to keep track of in a small space. And I never realized it took so much to keep an ice rink icy

Most ice rinks are HDPE now. We sell about 50,000' of tubing for one rink.
