I have some questions for the CEO

These are serious questions...

Why is it when members are not happy with TCS sponsors they can not share the experience with the rest of the forum? And that bad experience is deleted, hidden and swept under the rug? The threads are locked and discussion can't be had. Is this because they are paying sponsors?

Every forum I am on has some sort of feedback where members can share their experiences good AND bad... NONE of these forums delete negative feedback for members or sponsors. That feedback falls on the sponsors hands, not the forums. Be it an iTrader rating or a dedicated forum for leaving feedback for members AND sponsors negative feedback should NOT be hidden/deleted.

Doing so only looks bad for the forum. Deleting this thread, banning me instead of answering the questions only confirms my comments.

IMO if TCS is going to have paying sponsors and a forsale section there needs to be a feedback section where feedback can be shared, good AND bad....

I don't edit/moderhate much on this site. What I did here was negotiate a resolution that all parties were happy with and at this point it's OVER. People are allowed to share opinions but the threads quickly turn from opinion to bandwagon bashing without experience. See the rules section here that was set in place 6 years ago:

3. Personal attacks are no longer going to be ok. Threads with personal attacks will be closed. If you have a problem with someone on the board, please PM them or contact a moderator.

4. If your thread was locked or deleted. Don't start another thread complaining that your thread was locked or deleted. If you have a problem, PM a moderator.

Thread's will be locked or deleted if they include adult material, personal attacks, or if a moderator feels that the thread itself has gone into a negative direction (aka an endless fight back and forth). Thank you come again.

With that said, some members have suggested an itrader rating or feedback or something to that effect. I'll see what I can do with the new forum when I get the time to put it together.

Also, this should have been a PM to me instead of airing it out for the whole site. Therefore: :locked:

For the record, removing the threads involved in this particular situation was part of the resolution and both parties were OK with this. I didn't remove the thread to protect anyone because they are a sponsor or to sweep anything under the rug here. Both parties agreed that the threads had gotten out of hand and everyone just wanted a resolution.
