So the wife's little sis lives in Elk River and goes to ER High School.
Well over the weekend her sister and her friends got busted drinking at one of the girls homes when their parents were out of town.
No big deal there, here's where its a bit shocking.

So when asked where they got the booze, one of the girls says that one of them gave a bj to a guy in exchange for the booze.... and apparently it happens alot.

I went to Elk River (not that I care to admit that) and I felt like drinking was prevalent there because there's nothing else around. This was 9+ years ago so it was even worse than now. But on the issue of trading sex acts for drinks, when that's how the bar scene works more or less it's hard to expect underage people not to catch on.
