It really depends on what you want to do. Budget and all that. If you are buying one that is basically factory and cost is not a factor i would get an apex with the fox floats. It makes a bit more power, more refined, comes with the much better track etc etc than the RX1. If cost is concern I would find and RX-1 that has an upgraded track and do mods to it as funds allow.
