    deep cleaner

I'm looking for a good handheld cleaner for the cars and spot jobs around the house, what is the best unit to purchase for both carpet and upholstery that also get bad stains? I saw a commercial the other day for one but I forgot what is was.... Look cool though.

    Thoughts?

Yes, he uses a very large industrial sized one. I have one of the smaller ones. They work well.

How do they do on blood stains?

We're talking about Mafia Hit style, not paper cut

Depends on the cleaner you use in it.

Truck works great for getting rid of dead hookers, stains are an issue.

X2 on the Rug Doctor from Cub.
I've never used one on my unit but have for the interior of a Camaro and it worked good. I probably shouldn't have used it on the headliner but it was really messed up. I thought it might separate the fabric from the backing but it was not the case.
Bad stains depends on the cleaner and how much you let it soak in. Sometimes I've used SHOUT!
(409 and a hose works on tough stains in carpet too. Found this out on carpeted accessories.)

I've cleaned automotive carpets while outside of the car with a household rug shampooer and that actually worked the best since I could hang them up to dry. looked like new when I was done.
