    For those of you selling guns.

    Be sure to get all the buyers info! I just got a call from a detective asking about a gun I sold last year that was recovered during a search! Glad I documented the sale.

    should have said it was stolen and gotten it back for free

    also i dont think a single gun i own is registered to me

        Waste of money to pay an ffl holder to register firearms to your name. Maybe something extremely rare or expensive would be worth it incase it was ever stolen. Just know what you have and keep serial numbers recorded. Most people already do this for insurance purposes anyway.

            It was on here. I'm not saying more than that. It was the only gun I have ever sold. I think I will only sell to someone I know personally from here out.

                  yeah those are probably better words to use. i suppose you could be at fault for not reporting it "stolen" if you say that's what happened
