    Netflix Users

Has anyone noticed that a lot of the Blu-Ray discs that are being sent don't work, or damaged? 3 out of the last 5 BluRays I've received have either been visually damaged, and/or would not play. it's kind of aggravating. I've noticed also that on those most recent 3 I have encountered, has had the same similar "air bubble" on the backside of the disc. Anyone else having similar issues?

Dear Government, eventually the people with money will tell you to fuck off, and stop paying for those that don't work

I didn't either until about January, now it seems like Every other one alost skips during play, or it just doesn't play at all. And when reporting the problem, Netflix doesn't allow you to Elaborate on the issue. I remember back in October, I rented the movie "Sunshine" on bluray, it had a nasty scratch, right across the back, so I reported it damaged & did not request a replacement, well 3 or so weeks ago I figured I'd try it again, and they sent me the same disc I had back in October. I requested a replacement, and I got a new one, and that one I got all the way to about the last 15 mins, and the disc froze and stopped playing. My co-worker had the same issue, with that movie from netflix, but on regular DVD not BR. I guess I'm just ranting, but it's still rather obnoxious that this keeps happening.

I watch 2-3 BD movies a week and have not had a problem. I have had dirty discs, but I clean them all before watching to avoid doing it in the middle of the movie.

No, it's brand new, and the other is less than . I tested on my both my bluray players, and had the same issue. One is 3 months old, the other is less than a year old.

It is a damn poor mind indeed which can't think of at least two ways to spell any word.

^This^ Even brand new players need a firmware update when you get them quite often.

I have had play problems with a couple of them. I have the latest firmware, so I am sure it sometimes is the disc.
