So I need to cut out some calories and I am thinking off going off Mt Dew. I am sure I drink 40 oz a day or more or over 1,000 calories just in pop. The problem is I fall asleep all the time without it. I was thinking of coffee but that makes you breath shitty and teeth yellow. What do I do???
