Oringinal owner is Justin Denzer, he put the motor together/had it put together, Had wenzel electric in Mankato dyno it. it made 496 on motor and 595 on a 100shot. I was told it was never put in a car and dyno only. I paid 4000 USED AS IS for it and have already taken my beatin on it. I sold it USED AS IS for 2800 i believe. Had adam taken it apart after i sold it too him NOT a year later i would feel a little more concerned. Fuck i had no clue the engine wasn't stated as what it was, and the mutha fucker i bought it from lives and Az and no clue how to get ahold of him. How do i know it hasn't been put in a car in the last year and ran? I have never fucked anyone and nor did i say that i wouldnt provide any help to make it right. Had i known it was a 331 it would of been listed as a 331, had i known it didnt have solid roller lifters i would of put it had solid flat tappet lifters. I hauled that thing up to his house if he wants something done about it, load the shit it up and haul it down here. Don't cry and beat around the bush like a bunch of bitches that im a bad person or fuckn someone. Shit you guys have been taken the motor apart since 11-28-09 when tim pm'd me and i just got pics of the cylinders 3 weeks ago? Does it really take that long to take the heads off? Anyways there you have it side 2 of the story.

My post was to stir the pot, nothing more. However, looks like it worked. I am not interested in the motor. Also, the situation is none of my business. It is between you and Adam. And you're correct there is always 2 sides to a story. Hopefully he already knows what you just shared and it can some how be resolved.

I was letting the whole flat tappet cam slide Dan, thats why I never took it further.

I ordered a custom roller cam and lifters from Jay Allen, when I received the cam that is when I disassembled it the rest of the way.

That is when I discovered the bad piston, cylinder walls and the fact that it was a 331.

So yeah, it took me a while to further disassemble, but that was only due to me saving up for a custom cam and lifters that I dont have a motor for now. So Im taking a $600 loss on this thing as well.


I guess I would handle this differently than a guy in your position Dan. Everyone is different I guess.

yup same shit, other then i dont blame nick for it. i should of did a better job buying it. dude going on YB bitches and calling me names about once a week. but has yet to call me, since i told him to send it back if he didnt want it and it wouldnt work for him. as of now i could really give a shit, he bashed me for no reason and did his damage. so at this point he can turn it in to a coffee table for all i care. i spent his money on AN fittings/lines last friday and am now broke
