I have a quick stupid question. If I was to purchase a couple new "energy efficient" windows or insulation within the next couple weeks: Can I file for a tax credit on my 2009 taxes (plan to file end of Feb) or would this be something I would file next year as they would be purchaced and installed in 2010?
Tax credit?
