    Opinion on these rims

I will have around $400 in my paypal within the next few days and want to get some nice rims, was looking at these and thought they were cool looking http://www.americanmuscle.com/cobra-r-wheel-16x8.html

I am also looking on ebay for some 05 GT rims like these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT

I really want these but I will not have the money cleared before it ends http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT

    Any thoughts?

IMO 16" Cobra wheels totally suck. Go no less than 17" on your car.

16" R's are aids, I would get the 05's if I had to choose between the two.

And, somewhat treed by big dummy

Like said. 16’s are lame. 17 should be the minimum. But I suppose anything is an upgrade over the fugly ass pile of shit wheels you have on there now.

Exactly what I am thinking, I am even looking at just stock 98 GT rims. My car looks so bad ass but my rims ruin the whole look of the car.

If you're going to go anything bigger than 15" on an SN or newer, it's pretty much a requirement to go 17".

And you'd be suprised at just how big of a turd a stock non-PI 4.6 is. If your V6 is anything like the four cylinder in my car was, then I'm pretty sure there is no way you could get in any trouble at all with the sixxer

I think the stock wheels would be better than just any old wheels. Atleast then it wouldn't look like you failed in an attempt to make it look cool.

17" wheels are not big on your bodystyle. They are the minumum on a GT, and don't look big by any means.

If you want a cheap alternative to buying new aftermarket wheels, find some used GT wheels from a 94+ up stang.

                          Or buy these...http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ws...453263453.html

If I put stock rims on my car its going to be GT rims the V6 rims are ugly, I can't stand mine I always get shit from people saying my rims look like shit, and I agree.
Those are kind of nice, but I would like to stay away from chrome or shinny rims. Looking for more black or dark Grey.

Even a set of tri-bars would make the car look a lot better....and you can get them dirt cheap. A lot of people don't like them, but I like them, and they are worlds better than the v6 rims. Like these.

Or even these would be cheap and still better.
