Plug in your phone, update your carrier settings though iTunes (will prompt you automatically to do it). Then you have to manually reboot your phone for the update to be complete. I couldn't figure out why I didn't have a MMS icon, did some searching on Google, and found that for some reason Apple didn't include a automatic reboot with the update. So make sure you manually reboot after you update

I am just happy that I can FINALLY send pictures on my phone. AT&T is freaking out about this update though. They are super scared the iPhone MMS system is going to crash with millions of users finally having this feature at once. What a joke
