So what do you guys shoot out of your air chucks? I was shooting rivets around and got pretty damn good destroying pop cans. Anyone use anything bigger then rivets?

I use one of these with a small section of vac line.

I like shooting 3" darts or .40" ball bearings

ball bearing can go though 1/4" plywood, the darts can go 3/4" into pine

I threaded on a 3 foot piece of 5/16 hard-line, i shoot out valve cores, small tappered bearings etc, with that long of a barrel it puts holes in shit. I shot a co-worker in the ass with a valve core, i got to call him bloody butt good thing he was my friend :-D.

A bird got stuck in our shop, i killed it with the the blow gun and a valve core.

Edit: Works good for blowing all the dirt and shit out of the spark plug wells on various cars.

At good 'ol Tires Minus we caught a mouse one day shoved the poor basturd in the end with some shop rags and shot him over 100ft in the air across hwy 10, amongst other vaious items when the boss was away. Coke bottles filled with a little water and 100psi of shop air make a nice little poof when thrown at the pavement also...

we used to do accetylene bombs. we tryed making one that floated. we filly a baloon with the reg amount and then added helium till it floated, then attached a string soaked in "the cleaner" and let the end and let it float away but the string would never stay lit.

if you drill a hole in a 2 liter bottle cap and pop a valve stem in it, screw the cap back on and attach a latching air-chuck it makes a pretty damn loud boom.

surprising how much pressure they can hold

its fun to watch them distort before they pop. Dont waste your time with a 20oz though, they are usually too beefy.
