The people standing and watching and cheering from the side are just as guilty as the people doing the burnouts. Conducting themselves appropriately and properly would have been getting the people to stop doing the burnouts.

yea, I would have to agree. Its pretty fucking shitty that a bunch of hill billys feel the need to do burnouts in an environment like that. Oh well, I am sure none of them will be able to figure out why there is no BBQ next year.
