    Diesel performance shops?

Just picked up an 04 F250 Powerstroke Crew Cab a month ago and leaving it stock is killing me. Does anyone know of any Diesel performance shops around from say St Cloud to the Iowa border that are worth a shit? Am thinking about getting a tune done for it. Maybe make a lil smoke and power. Dont want to blow the thing up, want a reputable safe shop.

There was one in coon Rapids but they are closed now. Other then that you are kinda f'ed I think. Call Andy at Dyno Tune www.Dynotuneusa.com he should be able to help you out. He is in Watertown SD

My camaro, vette and diesel parts came from him.

80k. Just want a moderate tune. Nothing insane. Would prefer not blowing the head gaskets on it but if it happens, be a good time to throw in some studs.

Powestrokes have an issue with going through head gaskets period, programmed or not. Also, I have heard something with the oil pans rusting out.

Probably can get a mild tune at an international dealer...I would check to see how much the tuning would cost versus buying a bully dog or banks setup and installing it yourself. You can do damn near everything a shop can with the new tuners that are out there

That was the other option. Finding a tuner that has some basic things I can do that also has some transmission tuning as well. Just was a lil more pep with some better mileage. Still looking. Just wondered if there was any place around that actually threw them on the dyno and did one specifically for the vehicle in question. Thanks for all the help.
