    www.autotoystore.com reveiw/thoughts

so i just ordered some corbeau seats from autotoystore.com, also known as motorsportseats.com i believe. i figured i would have to spend a pretty dime on good racing seats, especially corbeau but not from this company. the seats i ordered are the forza II and they usually retail for about 260 or something like that and the guy sold them to me for 224 a piece. i had to buy some adapters so i could bolt them on to my existing sliders and the adapters would have cost me around 45-55 bucks each but he sold them to me for 17 for a pair. if anyone is interested in seats definately check this place out. located in bloomington. cant wait till friday to get them!!!!

the adapters let you bolt your new seats to your existing sliders so you can use the lever to move the seat forward and back. if you get whole new brackets you replace your stock sliders and basically get everything new from the ground up.

keep in mind this, the adapters will make your seat sit higher then the complete bracket from them, i have tried both, in order for me to get comfy (6'1" tall) i had to have a custom bracket made that was 1" lower then the aftermarket sliders wich were lower then the stock ones, but after all that im very happy and can wear a helmet without it hitting the roof.

As for Autotoystore, Jim is a great guy, met him a few times, been to his house twice, very helpfull and pretty close (Bloomington)

I recommend www.apexperformance.net for seats. Jim at auto actually bitched me out on the phone once I mentioned Clark at apex gave me a better price on seats and brackets...not a way to handle customers at all. Guess Clark and Jim don't get along well at all. I ever see the old man again I'll have a few choice words for him.
