    $50 dyno

Tim at Torque Diesel in elk river is having a dyno brought in for Sat/Sunday. This event will start on Saturday at 10a.m. and will go untill everyone has dynoed. Sunday I think he will start at 8 and he has to shut down at 2pm. Now for dyno info The model of the dyno is a mustang MD250. It will run you $50 for two pulls back to back. You can do hp/torque and the second pull can be 1/4 time if you know the weight of your car. If you pull the car off and tune it. It will run you $25 to hook back up and then you will get 2 more pulls for that same $25. Any question like directions. Call Tim at 763-441-7581
They allready have 20-25 trucks set up for the dynos. And most of them are putting out some big numbers. Tim's truck last time he dynoed it was 390hp and 1,000 lbs torque. He now has Twin turbos sitting on the shelf for his truck.

Tim pulled 410 rwhp and 1280 fpt. Not bad for a single turbo. The entire room was black from his ehaust.

And I bet that trq # is at like 2000rpm or some crazy low rpm.

he has made a few changes to his truck like propane and some spring in the lift pump that now allows him to free rev the truck to 5700 rpm. Now the only problem with that is that, that motor has a harmonic disturbance at 4150 causing the motor to blow so he has to be carefull. His next project for the truck is Twin Turbos at 80-110 lbs of boost.

Of course it is low RPM, it is a diesel. My powerstroke red lines at 3400 RPM, and it feels best at about 1800-2200 RPM.

Plus, Diesels are well known for tourque. The powerstroke came stock in 92 with about 500 pounds of tourque. I swear, I could rip a fucking hoouse off the foundations with this truck!

            LONG LIVE DIESEL!! haha

Propane injection is awesome, thats how the people that originally owned the truck blew the motor up...
Expect nothing less, maybe more. :idiot:
