Went down to Cedar Falls yesterday. I managed a best time of 12.014 @113 on slicks and a best on radials of 12.284 @ 112.6 I am EXTREMELY happy with this combo so far!! :3gears: I really wanted a 11.99 but maybe at Mayhem I'll get it. There was a lot of fast cars down there, Really too bad Ron and Paul were having technical difficulties

LOL sounds like you had a good time! Yeah it was a lot of driving. But I was gonna crash at like 9:00 if I was going to stay. I didn't get much sleep fri, trying toget everything worked out before we left. And Andy (long-haired hippy) wanted to get home. Wish I could have stayed.

I think Paul blew both headgaskets. Ron destroyed his intake (and maybe more) with a nitrous backfire. I'm sure there's more to it than that, but I'll leave it to them to explain it.

Both those cars are great to watch though.

I heard some other TCS people ran some impressive times. Rob, I can't belive you went 12.3 on the radials. That's faster than a certain other 331 did on street tires. :-O

Yeah Tim I'd say the track was hooking pretty well. If Interstate can't match that level of track prep I'll be really dissapointed.
