Which credit card has the best perks?

I am looking to get a card that offers some good cash back or other perks. What are some suggestions?

Fuel, hotels, and food are the main charges if it matters at all.

I figure I might as well get something out of all this spending rather than using my check card all the time.

i have us bank credit card, no annual fee, as long as you buy something once a year on it... Cash rewards platinum!!!

For gas you should look at a BP or SA card. I also use the speedy rewards card. I also use there gift cards because you get points for gift cards and then more points when you buy gas. It's about $100 dollars for $3000 you spend this way. Plus the rewards on the CC

Credit cars suck these days. Can't get near the deals on APR you could get a few years ago.

I could care less about apr as it will be paid off every month before any interest would accrue.

That is my problem also. I only go to SA when I am on that side of town. When I was commuting I had a shot load of points and got the $100 free twice already.

the gold is more then enough, the plat is a status thing. the gold has a 150 ann. fee but you can get tickets for any event even "sold out" events, with no notice. also hotel res at "sold out" hotels etc etc. but the way most are configured, they are charge cards, not credit cards.
