let's see your setup! post pics of your system. I just bought 2 12" rockford hx2's and i need some ideas on mounting them in a custom box.

Did not know it was legal to put subs in a mustang let alone a V8, maybe its just me. I think not to many people have systems in their cars. I was all about that stuff in highschool. Maybe I grew out of it?

I have one 10" type R in a custom fiberglass box mounted into the side of my trunk. It has the same color carpet on it as the trunk - hardly noticeable. I have about 700 quality watts going to it; sounds decent. Plus I still have trunk space (minus the bottle)

I have 2 10" Kicker Solo Barics in the wifes car. Not a Mustang, but that thing bumps.

LTDpower's old setup in the bravada he had years ago. Yielded a 150dB SPL.

and yes the subs are crooked...the box was made cheap and quicklike.

my system includes a pioneer cd player.

the rig however has a 10" boxed sub mounted on the back wall, between the BUCKETS
