True, My wife and I were thinking about moving on some nice homes in the Andover/Ramsey area but 4g's in taxes usually makes us step back at the thought of adding $340 to each house payment.

Oh well, can't complain as I'm planning on living there for a while still. Kinda nice being on the edge of town as it keeps my value up instead of plummeting like it is a little further out where vacant lots and empty vacant new construction is abundant....Those people are kajaberfucked!

Got mine today. Up 4.1%...Might have to make a call to the city and see if they have read a newspaper today. Better yet, ask if they want to buy it for what they say it is currently worth. I would make out like a bandit.

Do it. I contested mine and got a reduction, and will probably do it again this year.

Homes in Sherburne countly aren't really appreciating, so why did my value go up $9k?
