    slam man

has anyone used one? is it worth it or is a heavy bag better? it just looks like itd be alittle more entertaining to hit the slam man with the lights giving you combos vs a plain bag?
    thanks

fair enough, how so though? my thinking is that the programable lights would give you something to kind of feed off and keep you going...plus kind of make it a fun game with the dif combos it gives you?

im sure you guys are thinking the same thing im talking about but this is it...

        not this

I have never used that spaceman looking one lol but have used that rubber slam man.
funny thing, my buddy had one outside in his back yard, and it was by the rock wall so the head only stuck up over the wall and the neibor said she got freaked out everytime she caught it out of the corner of her eye lmao. so he moved it.

IMO the 100lb + Hanging heavy bag is better, you can use it for other training as well lower body blows, cardio etc.......

However I would like to try a slam man out for the heck of it.
