New addition to the family!

We welcomed Joseph Francis Gerlach into our family at 4:00AM 11-14-08. He came in at 8lbs 3ozs and 21 1/4" long. He came so fast that my wife didn't get to have any pain medication! She does not recommend having a baby this way!!!
Anyway, here he is in all his glory! The one picture his brother Nicholas is holding him.
