Discuss, whats better and why?

I say collegiate.

Collegiate, not playing for money, always more fun to watch and attend, higher scoring games.

Gopher hockey > NHL for live games.

NHL is definitely a faster, much more precise game, but the "pureness" and atmosphere at a NCAA hockey game supersedes that IMO.

I like both college and Pro hockey the same. Football would have to be Pro. I don't watch other sports.

For hockey I like Pro. But college is still fun to watch.

I like to watch them both live. Only benefit to college is that it's way cheaper to go watch a game live.

For Football, College is way better.

Basketball. Who cares.

for all sports but hockey i like pro, but i went to scsu just because i wanted to go to a school that had a d1 hockey program and was in mn, but didnt want to pay to go to the UofM so i college hockey crushes pro hockey in my book....

and i know most people like college football better, and i cant knock that, but since i play fantasy football i know and pay attention to pro football far far more...plus with college you can only watch the best players for a couple years then youd have to watch them in the pro's anyways...

basketball i used to be a hardcore NBA fan when i was a kid, i could tell you the stats of any player youd list, now i couldnt name 15 nba players and coudlnt name 3 ncaa players...when people talk about college basketball or when it comes time to fill out the tourney boards i pretty much just fill it out based on teams from the mid 90's because thats when i last paid attention, so i always have ucla go far because of camron dollar and tyus edney, and i usually put uconn far because of khalid el amin (spelling way off im sure) and villinova and memphis because of kerry kittles and anfernee hardaway...obviously i never do that well...except last year all i did was pick the favorite in every game and i came in 4th out of about 40 people...

for baseball im going to pick womens softball, the chicks are generally pretty cute and i pro and college baseball bore the piss out of me

Basketball is no contest. Pro ball is boring as hell. College is all I watch for basketball.

Hockey I love both pro and college. I think I like college a bit more because they are not getting paid to do it etc. And it is difficult to put together a college dynasty with the constant player churn.

Football I like college more than pro. But again I still love the pro game.

Baseball I like pros more than college, although I do still enjoy watching some college baseball.
