Normal day at work today until about 1:00 pm rolls around and I take a look outside at my car for the 260th time. There are 4 kids on bikes swarming around the parking lot. One of them circles around my car for a while, looks around for people watching and goes in between the stang and a truck parked next to it (almost scratching the paint with his handlebars) He then reaches down to my front wheel and unscrews my little chrome valvestem cap. At this point I am running out the door.
I get out there in time to find his buddy looking over the other wheels in the same suspicious manner. He rides away quickly. So I start up the stang and blast down the street after the first kid. I catch up about 2 blocks away and scare the piss out of all of them (my car's pretty intimidating at 4k rpm) They freeze and I pull up to the kid who took them.
"I'm gonna need those back bud" He reaches into his pocket and pulls out about 10 different styles so I took my pick of the nicer ones. Then I pulled his shirt over his head and socked him in the face a few times hockey style.
just kidding....
I trespassed him from our property and let him go.

My chrome caps just got ripped off sunday. No such luck at catching the kids in the act though. 
Its funny how getting 2-3 dollar caps riped off can get us so annoyed. I guess its the principle of the thing.
