I've rode along with my dad all my life towing and have to say that they over exaggerate everything on that show and make a big deal out of stuff that you would never give a second though to in real life. Wait, thats any reality show
But I still watch it every week, and wish we had one of them rotaters that they have
Agreed. She's also in this month's Playboy Big 10 spread.

But your dad only has a standard flatbed. These things are tipped over semis and whatnot. Kick ass.

He has more than a flatbed
We used to have an international tandem axle heavy duty truck and we used to do heavy duty work. That shit was cool to go out and see. But it wasn't as hyped up as they make it on the show is what I'm saying. They portray the "danger" and the "excitement" that comes from towing, when for the most part, its pretty boring.
And do you think if it was as awesome as it was on the show that my dad would lecture you on why you should never go into the towing business?
Well this dude's company blew up AND he owns a scrap yard, so he's bringin' in hella dough. Trying to do everything by yourself is bound to be tough. I listened to your dad though, never would I go into that business.

Well the scrapyard thing is just to keep it in house, but we get fine with bringing everything to the scrapyard ourselves.
But ya, trying to do everything one's self makes things difficult. But I will have to say I have enjoyed all of the years of riding with, as boring as most of it has been
But it is kinda cool that the show shows others at least somewhat of what I've been doing for all of my life
