My neighbor offered his contractor a bonus to finish his custom house early. He was at the end of a lease and wanted to move into the house without a stop inbetween. They finished the house in like 60 days. Was crazy how fast they got it done. He has moved out and into another house. This is what he does. The current owner was showing me where the STUCCO on the garage cracked and is falling off in huge chunks. He has about $5000 -$10000 in repair to do. This is a 10 year old house. HMMMMMMMMM Wonder what the bonus was to finish it early.
It is a damn poor mind indeed which can't think of at least two ways to spell any word.
