I parked my truck in the cul de sac for a day and got my tire chalked.

There's a guy on another board in a similar situation except for 1 small detail. You can't see his cars unless you're inside the fence in the backyard. Right now he's working with a lawyer because he thinks the city trespassed on to his property. Otherwise how would they know the car had expired tabs? He's pretty upset.
