    all star homerun derby

it was awesome that morneau won the homerun derby!! i was really rooting him on, and he hit pretty solid the first couple rounds, was really driving the ball.
his pitcher he used really sucked though, i think it would have been better if he could concentrate just on hitting it, instead of deciding on each pitch if they're even a strike.

it was also cool to see hamilton punch out 28 or so homers in the first round, it seemed like everything he touched would go out.

I just saw Hamilton crush the 29 balls. That was pretty amazing.

Josh Hamilton hit a record 28 homers in the first round of the All-Star Home Run Derby at Yankee Stadium before he was beaten out by Justin Morneau in the finals.

I was surprised to see Morneau pull it off. Thank goodness they reset the tally for the final round

i think its awesome he won, just sucks he was overshadowed by hamilton...hes the most underrated player in the game, he was mvp, is batting like .320, now the hr derby winner, and nobody knows who he is, shit, hes not even the most popular player in his own market, somewhat his fault hes not "flashy" and then even after his win today all he did was talk about hamilton, its cool to be humble but you gotta give yourself some credit now and then...

but it was awesome watching hamilton drop bombs

How could you not talk about Hamilton? He hit more home runs than anybody by a mile and three are on the longest ever list.

Sick of the rehab story though.
