Thats because we are always grabbing old quarterbacks and not training a rookie like we are doing now. Here is a list of washed up Starting Vikings Quarterbacks (Not including 2nd stringers):

Warren Moon
Randall Cunningham (Yes he had some good yrs with us, but past his prime)
Jeff George
Brad Johnson (2nd time around)
