comp help please.

I have an old cd I am trying to fix... scratches. some files are damaged and it wont play. I managed to copy the game over to my hd. but the exe file wont work. says file extension not found. I have 2 .ccd files and 2 .sub files as well as 2 .img files. I believe these make up the game. what do I need to play the game? could I load a standard setup exe file and link It somehow to install the game?

why dont you man up and download it from a torrent... hmmm a legit reason to download software since you have a license this may end badly like dividing by zero.

download daemon tools and mount the img file or the ccd file, sounds like those are images of the cd, doesn't sound like you would normally have both, usually just one or the other depending how you took the image...

was the CD original or was the image of a cdburned onto it as a file - sounds like more what happened...
