The email bounces through a middle email address. Not directly to flickr. Even if you do email directly to flickr, they don't display your email address. Whatever is posted on the photostream is 100% anonymous. However I do have to figure out how to strip peoples signatures (thats why their phone number/emails show up) out of the email.
Not annonymous to me though, I can do some level of moderation and mark anyone emailing BS as spam. But there will be NO email address, phone number, or any data on flickr that will link the picture to who sent it.
I'm not that lame LES. Gimme some geek cred. I wouldn't display everyones info on purpose.
