    HR peeps etc

I'd like to find a class on employment law and a class on interpersonal communication. Something a few hours a day or something, not a college degree. It was laid out that I can be the general manager of my job, but, there are things I need to improve on. I think these 2 items would help me quite a bit.

Fuck you fucking fuckers. Ok, not really. My typical communication style is uninviting, cold, overwhelming, aggressive, and to the point. I need to give it a total 180 for the better. I am usually not afraid to tell people something like "this job needs to fucking get done, the truck will be here at 3pm, it had best be done or else."
    No sig for you.

Interpersonal communication isn't an HR class, it's a communications class. Honestly, the class isn't really going to do shit for you if that's your current style. You probably need a personal coach. Seriously. Been through all of the communications classes under the sun, and nothing there is going to fix what you're talking about.

Holy shxt. You sound like my ex-boss that just got deposed permanently last week for that kind of attitude.

Maybe talk to your HR and see what they recommend. Put together an improvement plan to measure your progress toward your goal.

I'm more then happy to give the credit to people on my team and make sure they feel good about what they do. Remember, you have to mean it when you say good job. Alway's try to be upbeat. Doesn't mean you give free rides tho.

I know how to act proper if need be. But the situation never comes up given that I'm not employed.

Read from various Hallmark cards- that'll soften you up.
When we got to my place, I already had a candle burning. It was by "Glade", which I think you pronounce like the singer Sade, because it is an exotic candle that smells just like real pine.

Some people are born to be leaders, others aren't.

Quite a bit of good stuff here, and it's free. Do some online research; had to do some for a public speaking class when I was in school and I found some interesting stuff. Searching for keywords like management, management skills, or communication brings up some good articles

Being a good leader doesn't always mean being empathic and overly sensitive to everything. I highly doubt Hitler went around and told everyone good job, way to go!
