I'm looking to design a Cold Air kit for one. I've got some ideas.
Why idea is to make a pipe that runs through the engine bay with various twists or turns, and then to put a foam filter on the end of said pipe. Hopefully in a spot that does not collect the hottest air form the engine.
May color it chromes, or blue or who knows….
What was you idea? Anything like mine?
Who am I? Follow the hints
Hint #I drive a neon. And love TMAC address changer.
I've seen one case where they put it on the dyno (Mustang dyno I believe) and it put down 300 rwhp stock, and with a cold air intake and tune it put down 324 rwhp. The stock cam is really tiny and they're pretty choked up from the factory.

Considering Al designed a pretty damn good assembly for the LS f-body, I would bet that it'd be a little more efficient then yours
Dear Government, eventually the people with money will tell you to fuck off, and stop paying for those that don't work

OMG, I measured my kitchen island at 37 3/8" with a Stanley fat max tape measure.
Its 49* out side on my sunbeam thermometer
/rant.
LOL
The only reason I mentioned it is because there are two main types of dynos - the Mustang Dyno and the Dynojet. The Mustang Dyno typically gives out lower HP numbers than a Dynojet.
