^he pretty much summed it up. I wouldn't dare go down there when i was younger and learned what kind of cars were down there, now every d-bag and their fart can piece o crap will try to follow any kind of groups of cars in hope for a race or some crap, they might even rear end you for free.

First off, they need to fix the roads. Then they need to deal with the fucked up way the cops block off turning onto side streets during Btt50's and CC. Then they need to get rid of the No Parking issues. That's what the city should deal with. As for the fucks that drive up and down in their Sheet metal winged Hondas with the grey front airdam, and fart can, they can just suck balls. Even though they have a right to the street as much as everybody else, it's pretty clear that people like them are a cause of most of the issues.

A lot of people seem to talk about people in africa being hungry. I think this is bad, and let me tell you why: because hungry people are 57% more likely to be cranky. I am against cranky.
Ive always thought it would be pretty cool if we just sent some food over there, you know? Like, nothing too spendy, but maybe ravioli-os and bunt cakes. I know what youre thinking, but bunt cakes are nonperishable due to their lack of nutritional value, so they would be an ideal thing to send them.
On a lighter note, aids is also a side effect of hungriness and rich white people making hiv infected condoms to send to africa. In the interest of being taken seriously, I would like to spend a moment rapping about super aids. Do kids still say “rapping” when they mean having a sincere talk? I certainly hope so. Super aids is like that older brother your friend had with the camaro that showed you nudey pics when you were a kid. He seemed really cool at the time, but if you spend too much time with him, you realize he’s kinda douche-y. He (like super aids) would listen to primus and make odd comments about your mother.
Many solutions to people being hungry and stuff have been brought up by folks at the UN. UN stands for united nations. Its an acronym. I dont really understand what the word acronym means, but I think its latin. Anyways, the UN seems to think that people in africa should grow their own food, but that shit is racist. Just cause theyre black doesnt mean they should have to work on farms. Well I guess now that i think about it maybe they should, just to teach them some humility, you know what I mean? What with the rap music and all im starting to think these africans dont even care if they live or die.

Asking the general public wouldn't really include a car club forum who happens to be rather biased in what goes on down there. If I were you, contact business owners and residents there, also a more general forum would be more suitable for your task. Possibly here http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/forums/
