Got my credit card statement today... opened it... one charge is mine... one charge is NOT! 
Went online to look up the name the charge went to, and all you see is people bitching about how they have charges from this place that they never charged. Not just credit cards, also bank accounts evidently.
Called the CC Co. to tell 'em this... and waited, and waited, and waited... finally got to someone real and told 'em the situation. She asks me if I feel my card has been compromised? Uhh... what was your first clue?
Okay, so they cancel that card and say they'll send a new one... then she's about to write me off and be done with it. I go "well wait a minute... so what happens with that charge then? You just take it off or what?"
She goes "well... you pay it, then we have our fraud dept. look into it and if the charge is found to be fraudulent, they'll reimburse you the amount charged to your card"
Uhmm... how 'bout 'oh hell no'! :idiot:
So I tell 'er there's just no way that's gonna go down like that, and that I need to talk to someone else about this, someone in the fraud dept if need be. So I get transfered to another chick, after yet another long ass wait. This chick can't hear for shit and I gotta tell and spell my name for 'er like a half-dozen times. Tell her the same story I told the other chick. She basicly says she can't do shit about it, and that I'd have to talk to fraud management. Okay... then exactly WTF is this chick even there for??
Fine, give me the highest up fucker I can talk to, cuz this is bullshit. Well of course management is gone for the day, they only work 'till 5pm

So I get to leave off with a voicemail to YET ANOTHER chick. Anyone else here see a pattern of problems?
