What I meant to say, is that although it does quite potentially move on it's own, the owner doesn't want to sell it to someone that is going to rack up the miles. If I were to spend an exorbitant amount of cash on a car, I would hope that I'd get to drive it the way I wanted to. Not have to park it in a trailer.
