Minnesota Mayhem! - UPDATE!

The local Grudge Match racing event is STILL ROLLING! We now have a DATE! A TRACK! And we're finalizing a COST!

Soon we'll have a website and a formalized account setup to register people via PayPal. (Other provisions will be made for those who are not able to use PayPal.)

Here's what things are looking like:

Racing (Cars must be running 13.0 or faster): $55 (est.)
Spectating: $5 (est.)
Volunteers: Please contact myself if you are volunteering so we can find a position for you.

This is a nice track.

If you over run the shutdown area, you can just keep going into the corn fields.

I ran there last about 5 years ago during an NHRA sanctioned Jet Car event, one of the jet cars flipped mid track, and ended up out in the middle of the field.

Was the first time my old snake ever saw track time.

Here's the plan: If we can fill the bill with cars that are faster than 13.00 then we're going to do that. If we cannot we will open the event to those who are slower 1-1.5 months before the event.

The Moorhead area has camping next to the beuatiful Red River (well that's what the nodak's think anyway) and a selection of hotels/motels. The track itself, does not have camping. If those two cars are fast enough I'd ask that you have someone else drive it at register them seperately.
