Advice for buying stuff off corral

So I'm looking at buying something out of state off corral.. is there anything you guys do to protect yourself from dishonesty? I just don't want to paypal this guy and have him tell me it's on the way, then have his account be deleted and he's gone.

Get a phone number (use it and call to tell him you are sending paypal or something) Address, and any other small things you can do to help. does he have any feedback? I have bought 4 out of state and 1 out of country (fuck canada by the way that one was a pain) and I recieved all goods as described. Also make sure his paypal is certified or confirmed then they have some power, I got bent by some dude on ebay they tried pulling out but I got my cash back. Paypal FTW

most everyone on corral with feedback is legit, people work hard to get posotives and dont want to screw it up. i always get a telephone number and talk to people, if its a land line then i look it up on that reverse phonebook site and see what the address is to see if they are legit.

I called the dude I bought my heads from. Best to talk to him, get information, make sure he is a reputable board member...and definitely check his trade rating.

I bought a ton of stuff off the corral. only got fucked once, and that was from a company!! Just make sure they have a decent post count.

I always do it that way. PO MO is only 90 cents.

get a legit address first then send the MO. check address first.

if it's fishy make verbal threats first then ........
