Ok who has the best recipe for Jello shots? I had a of Svedka vodka that a friend left with me after a fishing trip and I need to do something with it.

1 6-ounce package of gelatin
16 ounces (2 cups) boiling water
6 ounces cold water
10 ounces booze
Or you can forget the cold water all together and do 16 ounces booze.
They turn out pretty good

I've found 80-100 Proof vodka works the best. I tried going higher on the octane but jello shots with everclear wouldn't set up right.
Girls love dem jeller shots. By the end of the night they were drinking them before they even set up.

Thanks for the info everyone. Looks like to use the whole gallon will be a lot of jello shots.
