Perhaps you remember how i asked my messy roommate to move a few months ago. That left me the opening that Brian filled and an older guy who seemed to be a pretty good fit in my house for the most part. He's respectful and doesn't make many messes. The only thing about him was that he was really mysterious (he doesn't have a car, computer, or bank account!) and would disappear for weeks at a time owing me money. Obviously, i really didn't like that about him. I've never had a roommate that did that before, so i wasn't sure how to handle it. But he paid his rent on time for March so i thought i'd just wait and see, maybe he'd get better. Now this past weekend, he comes to me and tells me he needs to move out.
Before i asked the messy guy to move i asked for his assurance he'd stick around. Nothing doing i guess, so here i am stuck in the same situation I was last fall when i was without a second roommate for several months. That hurt. It's ironic that the guy I hated living with the most, the messy guy, probably would've stayed for years.
Anyone know anyone that needs somewhere to live?
Rent is cheap...

there's no lease to sign, i just ask for 2 months notice of when you plan to move out. it's a 3 br/1 bath house with central air and a bar. PM me for more details.
